As you are aware Mick has asked me to sort AGM on Sat 13th June at RofB St James Street Taunton from 12,00 with a 12.30 start.

As there dosent seem to be a meeting before then can I point out what needs to done.

Pete Bridle our SW RD is attending, Branch Members must buy Law be informed of AGM's 21 days before that’s 23rd May, four weeks time. We will need Minuets from last year and an Agenda.

If all think it worth it I will send a copy of Lunch Time Food available to go with Members information, so it can be pre-ordered for 13.30.
