One of only 6 pubs, in Taunton, that externally is as it was in 1840. Situated a few yards from the town centre main bridge on the north side. Usually has one cask ale on at any one time and a huge range of kegs, wines, spirits and soft drinks. No food other than snacks such as crisps and nuts but you are welcome to bring your own food.
