See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.

A 14th century pub of historic interest just off the old A358 between Taunton & Ilminster. This road was origionaly the main road to London on which the Duke of Monmouth was said to travel along although it is not known if he ever called in for a swift one. The pub is Free House and has been in the same family for 50 years. Betty & Brian Rust and their son offer you a warm welcome in comfortable surroundings. A pub worth seeking out.
